Congratulations to 2019 Celebration of Quality Student Participants

Each year, Northwest Missouri State University hosts the Celebration of Quality, an interdisciplinary symposium spotlighting exceptional student work throughout campus. The event is sponsored by the Society of President’s Scholars and the Provost’s Office and is open to undergraduate and graduate students from across the university.

This year, I was honored to sponsor two outstanding graduate students selected to participate in the competition: Sonam Gadekari (pictured above) for "Learning Java Spring MVC by Implementing an Online Order System" and Gouthami Pasham (not pictured) for "Finance Application", describing enhancements to a C# client application.

Many thanks to the sponsors, Dr. Elyssa Ford, Associate Professor and Honors Program Director, for coordinating the event, Dr. Carol Spradling, Director of the School of Computer Science and Information Systems for supporting our students, and Dr. Theo Ross, Professor of Theater, keynote speaker at the celebration banquet. Congratulations to Sonam, Gouthami, and all who participated.
